3 Yrs & counting for unabridged birth certificate

In 2012 on the 6th November. I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my then 9 year old son. <br> Every month I call the Home affairs toll free no. and I am told the exact same reason - the query has been escalated and call back in 2 weeks time ---- 3 Years later ! same response given Ref no.***.<br> <br> Have no idea if this Hello Peter complaint will ever reach Home Affairs- but no where else to go very despondent...
