I have been doing a follow up regarding the mistake that was done by them, My daughter's birth certificate is written male instead of Female. My daughter is turning 2 years next month. I have emailed all the documents required from but still no assistance. The contact center line does not go through. Who do I have to talk to to get this done? The service that I received from the department is so heart breaking to say the least
