28 months no pr still being processed

<p>My parents and I app**** for our permanent residencies in 2014, the received theirs over a year ago.my status keeps saying handed in at DHA 9/17/2014. My student visa has expired as I completed my studies but would want to further my studies and my pr is still not out. I am now faced with not registering as my student visa I am now going apply may not be out I.ln time for late registration and no pr means international fees which are needed upfront. I keep calling and I'm told being processed </p>
