22 WEEKS AND STILL NO UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATES!!!WAY TO GO DHA!

I don't even know why I am rating it. I cannot write my review without a star though. So I need to apply for both my boys ID Books. I did so and I was told that I need to apply for their unabridged birth certificates as their birth certificates are abridged. I have no idea why. Anyway, I duly do as told, pay the R75.00 each for these unabridged certificates and get told that I have to wait to get them as it takes time. Which is nonsense as my ex husband was there to apply for our marriage certificate and he got that immediately and it is completed and entered in the same room. So as a result of the usual incompetence of Home Affairs, my 2 boys will NEVER have ID books because I have been waiting since 25 May 2022 to receive the 2 unabridged birth certificates that I paid for but never received. I also know that complaining about Home Affairs on this platform is useless because they will not help nor will they address the problem. Thanks Home Affairs Krugersdorp for not allowing my 2 boys to obtain their ID Books. Aint you the best!
