12 Months & Name Change STILL Not Through

Adopted a child, adoption was registered with the Registrar, Home Affairs stated 3 to 6 months for name change and new birth certificate. 12 months later, no closer to being finalised. Call Centre is useless. Pretoria is worse than useless.
