10 WEEKS STILL NO I'D, MATRIX FINAL EXAM IS IN TWO WEEKS!!!!!!

I app**** for my son's ID in June 2024 already via ABSA Greenacres, up to date he hasn't received his ID and no one can help me so it seems, the service you get from home affairs officials at the branch is is a zero out of ten. The lady that helped me the first time we did a enquiry on the status, she just told me, the department prioritize PASSPORTS ahead of ID's. The last time we went there the gentleman told me, the system says prosessering. The system says that for 9 weeks already I told him, he just raised his shoulders took a apparent photo and send it to his supervisor exactly what the previous lady did with no satisfaction. Then het told me I must call head office in PTA they must help me, with effort I got through on the call center number to which the lady said they still waiting for the mom's ID, I told her that I have already given a copy to the guy at the ABSA branch and uploaded the ID photo on the online application, so she escalated the matter on the system gave me a reference number and said I must call back today 30 September 2024. I called again and another lady informed me that she escalated it again for there is no response yet AND I MUST CALL AGAIN ON FRIDAY. My son's matric end exam starts in TWO WEEKS time and they want to waste another week. The frustration on my side is HIGH cause what am I to do, everywhere you go the service suck and there is no one that wants to help.
