10 months waiting for unabr birth cert

<p>I app**** for an unabr birth cert for my uncle St the Randburg office 10 months ago, last year, in December 2015. The website says this process takes 3-8wks. Since then I followed up 3x with the Randburg office, before finally being given the HACC email address. I've sent 6 email queries to the Call Centre ********** ref #1 ********** 42 refers) and no positive responses about when this will be ready have been forthcoming. The last email query I sent I didn't even get a response to..</p> <p> </p>
