1 year and no unabridged birth certificate!!!

I app**** for my daughters unabridged birth certificate on the 18/03/2015. We have still not received it. Somerset west branch was not helpful at all and only answer is that they dont have it. NO OFFER TO ASSIST. Eventually i called pretoria and was given a case NR. its been a month and nothing has happend. All im told each time i call is they will escalate. same story over and over. HOW HARD IS IT TO PRINT A DOCUMENT. how can it take a year and why a month of escalating and zero progress. I WANT THIS RESOLVED. ASAP. I paid for the photos and for the application. I have a right to it and answers.
