1 Year and a Half waiting for a study permit?

<p>I app**** for a study permit to complete my masters last year in April since then I have been waiting for an outcome without success.</p> <p>I had to appeal because of the missing police clearance which is not near my fault because SAPS delivered my police clearance 6 months late. Now I cannot study and I cant leave the country either.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was asked to send an email but never got a reply.</p>
