Worst service at menlyn branch

Ive been to this branch for 2 days in a row since 8am. I needed a passport urgently and thr home affairs booking system has been offline for booking, we've been sitting here with no assistance. These two guys manning the door are rude and i doubt they know what they doing. No customer service, rude and dont care for clients. After sitting for so long, the system is offline.
