Waiting now 2 months for My Passport and Id

Bad Bad Bad I app**** on the 19th of March 2025 for renewal of my Passport. The lady there was nice to ask/settle me in for the new Id card. So on this day everything went ok... But now to get my documents is a hassle.. 2 Months left no notification received. So yesterday I went to them and give my Id number and was only inform your Id number is for review... What does that mean??? i will ask my manager to email you... Today still nothing received from the manager I also send and email to *** with no feedback received. Is this the way going forward with no services from the department... I really feel sorry for you staff because there is no Job proud in any of the staff. I hope really that someone will get back to me asap.. Thank you AE
