Rude stuff and disorganized

By far the worst service ever. Disorganized and ***********. Fix your ticket system people drive so far and get turned back because you don't know how to do your jobs. Why do you have a booking system in place yet when you get there at that time you still have to wait? Stuff are extremely rude and don't know how to speak to people
