HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! Myself & my daughter was there 19 December already to do our ID Cards. Till now no SMS was received to say it's ready for collection. My college who was there 23rd Jan Received an SMS a week ago to say her ID is ready. The telephone just rings till going to voicemail I have been trying for a week to get a hold of them to follow up. One star is to much for them
