Dept of Home Affairs Melny- Lerato Ramahlo Incompetence

Was assisted by Lerato Johannes Ramahlo…had an issue with the payment for my ID and after going to get him to rectify the mistake which occurred from his end he did not want to assist me but he was very rude that time it was his incompetence that resulted in the mistake. The supervisor had to get someone else to assist me as he refused and said his lunch was left with 5min before it was finished. Thandeka was the one who assisted me and tried to get a solution for lack of focus from Lerato Johannes Ramahlo
