I'd like to show my sincere thanks to Home Affairs Menlyn with their professionalism to tending to the application of my passport, which I'd collected today.

The prelude to Easter Weekend I admit, to their frustration and mine, was a naturally chaotic disaster - their online platform to process application went Kerflooey and on a manic Thursday morning as well. Yet, they improvised greatly to accommodate the flow of customers and my application for my guardian and I went fluidly as possible.

Two weeks later, an SMS was received by our individual persons, by which we could collect our individual documents.

Let me note - working as an official within bureaucracy is stressful like any other profession, yet it's the work ethic of these individuals that mend the divide.

I highlight Vusi [who aided with making a booking] and Ms. Thea Romans who processed our applications to hasten the procedure to collection.
