Department of home affairs Menlyn Poor Client Service

I went ti the department of home affairs Menlyn on the 18th of December 2023 for my daughter’s identity document but to date I have not received the identity document. I was assisted by a lady called Meriska and every time I follow up she just says the identity document is “stucking”. I am frustrated as we canceled the application in January upon her advice, I was worried and she said it will speed up the process if we start again. It’s June now and I am still waiting.
