System always offline

I've booked my collection last month on the 12th the date that I got was on the 9th of February. When I got there system was offline and they told us to come after 7days..then I heard people saying they're tired of this nonsense since January the system has been offline..now tell me how are we suppose to get our ID since the system is always acting..im even considering of not collecting it because what's the point im just wasting my transport money going there..I feel for school kids who are always upsent from school because of this nonsense collection..the service sucks 😒
