Horrible service, DHA has horrible service ever. I expect this kind of service whenever I step into government institutions but DHA Maponya is the worst. I have been trying to book for SMART CARD Collection since March 2025 until October 2025 I am not getting any date and they don't have alternative options to assist people get their IDs
