Poor service delivery

I have visited the offices of Home Affairs in Tom street Madibeng on 25/3/2025 to attend a non-online service application. I was told only 5 persons are assisted per day. So I came back again in the morning of the following day and happy to say I was the first in the queue and even though their start times from Mon to Fri is 8:00 - 15:30, I am still waiting for opening to take place and time currently is 50 minutes past their starting times.

Please assist the poor customers who cannot stand up for themselves by instigating investigations into the cause of such poor service delivery. Thank you in advance.
