Horrible services
I think the branch registered 1 new id application today 15/06/2026, reason is because those who were there applying id were not assisted because of the smell around the building, they assisted those who were there for collection only.manager told us to wait until the officers resolve the sewerage issue,my son app at Biaba(Dzanani )was 11am and arrived at 10:30, left the office at 16;45 without getting assistance.at around 16:00 one of staff member told us that we cannot get assisted as the person who took id photos is not there.only one pensioner who arrived at 7am assisted at 16:00.why did they open in the first place knowing that they are not going to assist people.I was also told to take my son' documents and leave if i feel like i cant wait for longer because I asked the manager how long can they take to fix the issue as I have to go back to work.
