Worst branch there is

This is the worst home affairs branch there is...the people who work there do not care about the people who wait in the line hours before they're closing time at 3:30pm. They simply just close the doors irregardless whether you have taken a leave from work only just to collect a simple ID...I mean something as simple as collecting an ID document should not keep you at the branch the entire day.When it's their time to close they just close the doors with no courtesy whatsoever no matter even if you have in line from 2pm or earlier. Absolute disregard for people and they're time,a heads up would have had some sincerity rather than close the doors in the faces of the people with no explanation or care for that matter.
