Faulty unabridged birth certificate for my child

I app**** for my child's unabridged birth certificate in 2018 or 2017, and Home Affairs put the wrong person's ID number and name as the child's mother. My child's mother is a Swazi national, she is my wife now. That Home Affairs is failing to rectify that error, and now they require the child's unabridged Swazi birth certificate in an attempt to rectify it. That certificate did not have my details. Only the mother's details were there, and it's original was taken by the same Home Affairs when I app**** for his South African citizenship back in 2007. As the South African father to the child, I had to do that to quickly bring him home. His mother's Swazi ID number is almost identical to this wrong South African so called mother they have on my child' unabridged burth certificate. This Home Affairs required his mother's Swazi ID copy upon that unabridged certificate's application here in Durban. In fact they shouldn't have required that as she was a Swazi national. Her passport would have been sufficient. Now, upon processing of that certificate, they realised that her ID number was not existing here in our national records, and they took somebody else's ID number, which is almost the same as hers.

I have been trying to have that rectified here in Durban and in Upington without success. I have been sent from pillar to post, and even tried the Minister's office for intervention. Nothing has worked. Now this Home Affairs people said I must bring the child's Swazi birth certificate. I do not have that anymore because this Home Affairs required the original in 2007. They took it, and I don't think I can get a copy from Swaziland Home Affairs now. They are fully aware the child is a South African now. How can they require that Swazi birth certificate when they have it, and Swaziland is many kilometers away. Getting there is costly, and it's easy for them to say we want this, but they took it and chances of getting another one are almost nil. I've made two formal applications to have that rectified while I was based in Upington, and on both occasions the Pretoria office would simply ignore the applications. Every time I apply, they send that application to Pretoria. Before those two formal applications, the supervisors would send e-mails to Pretoria and ask for rectifications. Those e-mail messages were ignored by the Pretoria office, and it was suggested that I apply formally because e-mails were not working. Now I'm back home in Durban and this Home Affairs requires this child's Swazi certificate, which they took from me. The child needs an ID for his matric this year, but that cannot happen because this error needs to be rectified first, before I apply for his ID. Please help. I'm desperate now.
