Pathetic Service Home Affairs

I have had a terrible experience with issuing an ID for three years. I had an uncollected ID card in Covid, in that time I got married and wanted to change my ID, got there I could not - explanation my old ID has not been destroyed yet. I in total have had 17 visits and 13 Temporary ID's Absolutely no contact numbers work online
