Poor service for healthcare

Third time going to Danville clinic I had appointment of 13:00 I got there by 12:30 I waited till they closed cut me off without help again telling me I should come back tomorrow after asking at work now for half ,I have to ask again just to get the medication that’s a very poor service especially for someone who is chronic am out of medication at the moment because they are not attending us or take us seriously…should a person default they blame the person not taking medication while it’s them who are failing to service or provide a proper treatment for the patient.! What’s the point of giving us appointments if they not gonna follow their our policy not even one person come to the benches to inform us what’s happening than seeing people taking their bags going home. Then we have to ask if we gonna be helped or not? ,after then worse service and attitude they say no come again tomorrow morning meaning I have to ask again at work to give me half day… I arrived by 07:30 they threw me back of the line meaning still I have to queue again even after they gave us a paper that says we must come with it we will be served first… department of health must come and see what’s happening …then do a proper investigation also see if they have the right staff to serve the community not just because they went to school but go check or reflect to “ubuntu policy “…this is bull****!!!!
