Worst service received

My wife woke me up at round about 4:00 this morning, my son aged 2 has a fever of 39.6. When we drove to the hospital the guard asks us if it is an emergency ? Come on will I be speeding if it wasn't ? Then when I entered the hospital and asked the cleaner for directions to casualty she first wants to hear me say morning... Im not here for chit chat !!! I followed my own senses to casualty then the nurse heard that the cleaner wants me to first say morning and also wanted me to say morning first ! Come on my son is sick and I must first great before they will try to help me ???? I had to open a file and also state what my salary is, why do they need my salary ??? They struggled to get a reading from a machine which they clearly dont know how to operate and then gave him panado syrup.... After that they sent us to do x-rays on him.... Now i may not sit with my wife, the mother of our child inside. They sent me to sit outside, for what ??? May I not be there for support for both my wife and my son ??? It is 05:32 in the morning and we have to undergo all sorts of tests... Can't they just treat the fever ??? Is this how people must be treated ???
