Worst experience in Dunnotar clinic.

Complaint about dental appointment on May 20, 2024.I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and distress regarding my dental appointment on May 20, 2024. After a successful initial appointment with a black female dentist on May 6, I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment two weeks later. However, to my surprise, I was seen by a white male doctor on May 20.The appointment was chaotic, with patients screaming in pain while I waited. When it was my turn, the doctor injected me, but my gums were not numb after waiting for an hour. He then began removing my teeth aggressively, causing excruciating pain. Despite my pleas to stop, he continued, telling me he needed to break my tooth to extract it.I was in unbearable pain, and my 6-year-old son, who was with me, was traumatized by the shouting and arguing between the doctor and his assistant. He was asked to leave the room, and I was left feeling helpless and humiliated. I am extremely disappointed in the care I received and the unprofessional behavior of the dental team. I request a thorough investigation into this incident and a formal apology. I also expect a refund for the appointment and compensation for the distress and pain caused.As a result of the botched procedure, I have been left with sharp pieces of teeth still lodged in my gum, my upper gum is hanging and still bleeding profusely, and I suspect that my teeth and mouth were not properly cleaned. The experience has left me severely traumatized, and I am still struggling to come to terms with what happened.

Following the appointment, I sought a second opinion from a local doctor, who confirmed that my lips are torn, my gums are severely damaged, and my teeth are broken in half. I am still undergoing treatment to address these issues.

In light of this, I demand compensation for the physical and emotional distress caused by the negligence and unprofessional conduct of the dental team. I expect a full refund for the appointment, as well as additional compensation for the further medical expenses I have incurred and the trauma I have suffered.
