firstly she didn't have a name tag,when I ask her her name she gave me attitude and told me to sit down after 4 hours of waiting on the queue for a file I took pictures of the lady as she refused to give me her name I was helped by her seniors who were very kind and polite,this lady doesn't have an idea of what Batho Pele is
