Whites only covid vaccine and unhelpful fezile dabi district office

I live in a small farming town which still has a huge racial segregation element so much so that there are sections in our town that are 'whites only'. That being said we have never had a covid vaccination site open since vaccine rollout and then a few days ago found out that there was a mesaage circulating on the 'whites only' whatsapp groups that the department of health was bringing vaccines into the whites only section of the town. I then contacted the fezile district health office and was referres to a Sister Thabe who was said to be in charge of vaccines. I laid out my cry and asked how or where the black population in this area would get the vaccines if they were only being brought to whites only accessible areas. In fact the black population in the area would not even know as thesw messages were only circulated on whatsapp grouos which were exclusive. She completely showed no interest is what I was saying, instead she question me on who I was advocating for and I told her myself. She refuses to give me her details which I later got from reception and did not at all addresa my concern instead left me feeling she was well aware of what was happening in the area.

Is this really freedom and equality if even a vaccine our black people cannot access!
