What are the services for if we can't get them

I have a concern reason why we go to public clinics seeking for medical assistance is coz we unfortunate with having to afford private ones What happened to the government services that were fought for during liberation what happened to the government that used to care about the people how we Gona survive if we are rejected from the public clinics and isn't it that the government is for the people I have a m suffering from a chronic illness that I normally go to the clinic to get my meds I was coming alright in the hands of a young doctor called Bafana till he was changed to deal with kids the doctor I was referred to then was Thapelo which now he wanted to give me meds that I had to drink at work told him I can't coz I'll be hallucinating in front of my clients please u can provide me the other ones he said no he can't now am risking my life skipping my meds coz I ended up not been given meds but with a transfere letter government tell me I you working for the people or killing us ?my life is on the line here and you gaved people powers to gamble with our lives
