We have been sitting since 7 am it is now 9:30

Is it still ethical that we wait for so long just to get birth control tablets. We are rhen told to wait for the nurses for the next 30minutes after we have been waiting from 7 because it is our first time coming to the clinic. HOW CAN ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS ATTEND A MEETING WHILE THE CLINIC IS FULL OF PEOPLE WAITING TO BE ATTENDED TO??? WHO DOES THAT?????
