waiting on thr que for way too long

i went to gate way clinic at Giyani Limpopo for immunisation of my child.i got there very early so that i dint find the clinic packed and that i can get help early before its noon.when i got there i found four people who were in front of me,so i was the 5th one which meant I'll go home early.we sat there as other people were coming in since the nurses start to work at 8AM.as we were sitting a young lady who looked like she was in her late 20s to early 30s came in with an older lady who was holding a baby,they came together and to our surprise they passed us and went at the reception desk.i thought they were going to ask something but to our surprise they helped them before us who came before them.i felt like that was not right,how can a person come late but get help before us who came before her and mind you,that baby was not sick they brought her for immunisation just like most of us mothers who were waiting on the que.i felt that was so unfair of the nurses who did that.i believe all people should be treated the same.then they make us to wait for almost 2hours on the que before they can help us without explaining to us why they taking long.
