waiting longer than 3houra

i am a 18months old boy,i came to the clinic at 7hoo in the morning on the 1st september 2015.i waited 4hours to get help, from 7 to 11.there were 3nurses in the same consulting room that i was about to enter,my child was crying because of hunger.
