very disappointed patient

I was hospitalised at the above mentioned facility,firstly there was no linen and gowns for patients lastly I was discharged on Sunday morning.there's transport taking patients who can not walk home but u need to tell the sister in charge for the ward you in to make arrangements.I made arrangements at 09:30 and I only went home at 04:30 pm.This is very disturbing and disappointing
