Very bad service from the department of health northwest

I went to the clinic in Coligny because I was struggling to breath. They put me in the oxygen machine for about 30min and it helped a beat. I went back again at around 01:20 as the problem has came back again. I suggested that they must send me to the hospital and they said the ambulance will only come during day shift. I asked them to give me a referral letter I'll go myself and they said the hospital is going to fight with them for sending a person who is struggling to breath with a private car.
