UNPROFFESIONAL AND CRIMINA INJURA

My 4 year old had to go dentistry at Kilnerpark on 17 Nov 2015.Although I have 2 high courts and send a mail to management and the receptionist, Gerdi (receptionist) still did no apply to my request and even let my ex husband signed my child's documents. Annemie, who claimed she is a Director even went so far as to threaten me and put ultimatums to me.Unbelievable!All that while my little girl is under narcotics.Until now she did not even answer my mail that I sent yesterday with a complaint although as per my phone's recordings she did confirm she received my mail. Why she did not even have the professionalism to answer my mail, I don't understand. She was clearly shaken when se threatened me. She even discussed me with the ward personal which is just unbelievable for words!Can't believe that someone like that can even have a decent job. When she approached me without introducing herself and asked if she can talked to me, I declined seeing that my child would come out of the theatre any moment. After that she just kept on threatening and putting ultimatums to me.Without knowing who I am, asked me how I am or heard my side of the story. Rediciolous.Please fire this terrible person
