Unprofessional

On the 21/7/2015 i went to Berta Gxowa hospital for bp 190/108. 1ste they cudnt find my file wait they say then my daughter ask and suddenly then they cud find they made me pay double for out patiens then again wait after 4 hours we ask and there answer with i dont care u not a priority wait. After 5 hours we left really.
