Unhappy patients

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at YEOVILLE CLINIC. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the treatment was subpar. What bothered me most was the rudeness and lack of empathy shown by some of the staff members. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, especially when I'm not feeling well. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Long wait times, dismissive attitudes, and unprofessional behavior made me feel frustrated and unvalued. I hope the clinic takes patient feedback seriously and works on improving their service
