UNHAPPY PASIENT

My daughter was admitted to Klerksdorp hospital on Saturday 12/06/2021. Sunday she was delated 2cm and on Monday 14/06/2021 she was delated 3cm. The dr who is over her said she must go to labour rooms to get an induction and that someone will come and get her between 12:00 and 12:30 on monday 14/06/2021. At 16:35 she was still in the ward, and no one can tell her when she will be able to go to labour room, No one checks her to see if she has dilated any further. or that she and the baby is fine, She (my daughter) also told me that they are not going to give her induction any longer due to the fact that she has dilated 1cm further..... She is on 4cm since 13:00. The staff say labour room is full, but other ladies goes first, I am really unhappy with the staff of ward 4 at Klerksdorp Hospital.. While i am speaking with her on the phone they push out another lady to labour room,, after doctor said she must go.. I don't want to say her name. She lay in pain day in and day out.. and no one there to help
