unhappy citizen

My baby is sick with a fever i take her to our nearest clinic that is open 24hrs,i got there 6h00 from work i find this long queue,ok i wait only to get to the consultation room and be told that i have to go back to the reception and register which i stood there for more than three hours and the was no one at that reception.and when they diagnose my child they didn't even explain what was wrong with her they just told me she has NAD o DNA.idont even know what that is.they gave her an injection still i was nt told what was for,the clinic is dirty nd untidy.as if the is no house keeping there.YHOO IT'S BAD REALLY BAD.i am even ashamed writing this report.they are on nightshift today on the 30th of may 2015.because they didn't have their badges on one of them is pregnant the other has dread locks and a young one with a short bonding.three health workers in one consultation is that even allowed its so apoling how people are being treated.and they say just because it's free.
