Unfair Treatment

I came in at 6:00 in the morning and they started oprating at 8:00, they told me that because my appointment it's 10:00 I have to wait and I explained to them that I came in the morning so why do u help people who came after me first, while nobody informed us about the changing of system? It's 12:00 and I did not receive any help. This is unfair to everyone who came early.
