Uncaring staff of maponya clinic

Hi..I visited my clinic in Pimville because I needed medical attention so when I got to the clinic it was full so I decided to que the line so I got my clinic card at 10.30 so left the administration went to another que to be allocated to a sister room but we waited and the was a sister that was jst sitting in front of us and not saying anything I even took a pic of her and what's so irritating is that they were the elderly and the frail just sitting and waiting not knowing when will they eventually get help.so I stood up and went and speak to the matron of the clinic who blantly told me she doesn't have enough staff that she has 3 nurses and 1 doctor in the clinic and she said they is nuthing she can do and I asked her why r u not announcing that you are short staff unlike you not saying anything and keeping quiet and just let people stay in the dark so after having asked her that after 30min she sent one of the nurses to come and announce that they don't have enough staff.do we patients have to remind them why they took the oath while accepting this job where is the batho pele in this .NURSES IN MICHEAL MAPONYA DON'T DESERVE TO BE NURSES BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN THE PROTOCOL Of being a nurse.im actually disgusted by their attitude towards patients
