Unattended

I went to a clinic today(Erini Clinin, Tembisa) and they told me that the Nurse there takes up to 30 people per day and can make an acceptional and take the remaining which are on the list which they've named it "Waiting at your risk" and later on some people just came in and jumped us as if we were never there. The list is not being managed and I asked how they manage it that's when they told us that they are short in stuff and if we don't mind we can go to Sangweni clinic ever since it's a 24 hours clinic. They told us that after waiting for 3 hours
