unaccepted behaviour and no chairs in working order therefore people have to suffer without their extractions of tooth

It is sad that we are paying such huge amounts of taxes only to realise that the health clinics are unable to attend to us due to the fact that their chairs are broken and can not be repaired.were is the money going to if the government can not assist In this, how Un professional and pathetic is this.
