twins two out wen i was told he was taken out

<br> This is an email on how negative treatment I got at kopanong hospital cost me my alive twin....events started on Sunday of 6th September I was draining liquor and went to casualty were I was seen by dr Radebe n Rn Sempe who did a per ******* exam and stated to the dr he sees signs of labour as I had show.Dr Radebe discharged me without admitting me as pre rupture of membranes, on Tuesday sadly twin 1 came out while I was at home ....we called the sharpeville ambulance they took 2hrs to come n the baby was cold by then,I was taken to kopanong hospital were in casualty dr said I should be taken to theatre to remove twin 1's placenta which is termed hystoroctomy,Instead I was taken to ward 5 sat with cord hanging from my ****** till Thursday morning ...no one caring that it may be septic...then I was seen by Dr Clark hu said twin 2 is alive n wen I go t theatre only twin 1's placenta can be removed....he did not record in my file ,sister was not escorting me to write her notes,then Thursday morning I was taken to theatre were they did manual vacuum aspiration taking out my twin 2 without my consent.I was told twin was taken out today 15th 3:30 am the twin comes out ,I'm traumatized
