Tshwane emergency services

I made a call at 07:18 requesting an ambulance to address 13230 Rakgwale Street Mamelodi East Pretoria. I was assisted by \Nonhlanhla Gumede"with my request stating that I have a diabetic aunt who I unconscious but breathing and needed to be transported to the nearest hospital. She took down all my details and then hung up on me. <br> <br> I then called back at 07:24 to understand why she hung up on me and if I will get any help. I was assisted by a gentleman who said my details were taken and an ambulance will be on the way soon. Something that Nonhlanhla Gumede failed to inform me about. <br> <br> I then called again at 08:08 wanting to know weather the ambulance is on its way or not. I was then told that they are coming and the person on the other side of the line hung up AGAIN! <br> <br> At 08:38 I received a call from a lady explaining that my request will take time as there is only one ambulance operation in my area and at that moment her line went dead as I was still on the line. She called back and said I hung up on her and I didn't. The lady then proceeded to do as the others did and Hung Up on me. Her name was Lufuno Nemutaduni. <br> <br> Is this how we are supposed to get treated? """
