Them a hospital, terrible service by Nkosinathi Nhleko

Themba hospital at kabokweni, ngodini, front desk administration office, public institue, today I felt like I was in a pit toilet, was served by Nkosinathi Nhleko, who speaks to elderly people rudely and cruelly, even quote to have him reported he doesn't care, on my turn no greeting, not even sympathy, the guy says R100 rands please, I didn't know that we pay ( instead of explaining it ) I had rushed my sick daughter ( toddler) critically Ill, I was denied information, he seemed high on his horse chase us and said R100 to see a doctor or nothing, he's doing his job, move aside without cash nothing, I then contacted my dad to come pay it , and gave us his name to report, without fear his permanent he cannot be fired, we are wasting time, well its OK if he's not fired yet he doesn't deserve to work in a front desk even being a doctor, people will die at such a humour our government hires devils to serve us. Sadly what if I loose my child due to such waiting on the last que because he took us to the back, last list, Bad day so far because of one person I don't know what I have done to him but still I need him to be attended by his management to cleanse his attitude towards sick people, we don't know him but we would like him to treat people with care and respect.
