The bad service at jabulani hospiatl

<p>My husband and i rushed my mother in law to Baragwanath hospital on Saturday the 19th November 2016. The Dr at Bara gave my mother in law medcation after testing her blood and sugar levels and then referred us to Jabulani hospital. We has arrived at the hospital before 11pm, my mother in law's file was only opened after 12H30 despite the fact that we were only 3 in the quee. She was left unattended to until we approached the Assistant opperational manager MS DLAMINI at 9am the following morning. The enviroments is cold and we were requested to leave our mother alone in the admission room sine 12h30am as they have no blankets even. Patience are left alon without being checked all inight and all morning. MS DLAMINI responded by saying that they are still attending patience who got to the hospital at 8pm Friday and because we came at 11pm we should be patient as the entire hospital only has 4 doctors per shift. If that is really the case can a relevant person resolve this issue as i personally saw patience die and believe that we will experience more deaths because of carelessness and ignornance. My mother in law was finally attended too at 13H00 saturday 14 hours later and was given a drip and we finally left the hospital at 17H00 after she was given some medication and were told that they done have the rest of the medication she needs and she can come collect the rest of the medication on Tuesday. i dont think that im the first complainant as i suspect that their complaints box must be overflowing with complaints as everybody that i met at the hospital were fami**** wwith the service and some patience even advised me that when coming to that hopsital i must atleast have a blanket and pillow with me as the waiting eriod is 15 - 20 hours</p>
