terrible service delivery from sister Rose Benjami

Yesterday, 10th of june 2015. I went to the day hospital. I arrived there at 1pm. Nobody assisted me, I never saw a nurse for my blood pressure check, nevermind actually seeing a doctor.<br> Today, I'm sitting at the same day hospital. I arrived at 11am, they're relitively empty, only 6ppl in the waiting room including myself. And they still have not assisted me. They claim that there's only 1 doctor on the premesis. <br> <br> There's no communication from their side. No time frame given, nothing.<br> <br> I complained. The receptionist called the facsilities manager. Who then gave me grief about coming late. I then explaineto her, sister Rose Benjamin, that I am coming within my own capacity. Within their operating hours.
