Terrible service at J Dumane public clinic

I wouldlike to report poor service i recieved today at Jdumani clinic in vosloorus as i went in ?to the reception area for family planing two nurses were seating one of the nurses name was P.Matsidiso i greeted and ask for assistance the first thing the nurse said to me she wont help me as didnt knock on the door' is it not a reception area? Becuse i needed assistance i remained calm but asked for help when they finaly helped me they used an unceales injection when i posed the question "is this a new unused injection ? They responded in an attitude and told me i must never come back to the clinic I was shocked by the response when i asked for name and she said heres my name tag you can go to managent and report me her confidence in what was said and attidude gave me the impression that nothing was going to be done with the sevices i got
