Tembisa hospital labour ward

I'm still traumatised with Tembisa hospital service, i arrived there on the 08/10/2019 at 01h55. Nurses on duty kept eelvery pregnant women on a waiting room, i was on labour n they told me to wait. I waited untill i couldn't wait anymore, i asked them to check me well SR Thandeka did and took me to delivery ward, there was no bed, had to wait on the chair untill they ordered 1 patient to get off the bed as i was 8 cm. The nurse who helped me refused to tell me her name, they don't have name tags, but she had a yellow doek half wrapped on her head and telling me she's pregnant so i must be still. After giving birth she just injected me without saying anything and told me she's taking my baby as I'm not cooperating another nurse will assist me. Then a Student nurse came to help, no intro no communication just inserted her hand inside me.. After sitting on a chair for +-1hour i went to beg for my baby without any success.. I waited another 1 hour and i was told by a Student nurse it's not easy to be assisted if i don't know nurse's name( how because they don't wear name tags) i eve cried before i can get my baby. On the other side i witnessed the baby falling from the mother's womb while she was trying to climb the bed, she's been asking the nurses to help her as the baby is near n they said "how do you know, are you a nurse"?. Then the food was another story. Rice and fish no s**** eat with our hands. The attitude from a cleaning lady who i insisted to open the door while the wind is blowing, didn't care about newborns but the heat. I **** to the Doctor that I'm fine so that i can be discharged and walk away
